Returns & Damaged Items
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at splatter@mikebrackenbooks.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Please note that minor variations in signed books, apparel, and other merchandise are not considered defects.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment.
Digital products and downloads are non-refundable.
